Welcome! I'm Dean Kalmukos, a nationally certified home inspector and consulting inspector for K&K Consulting. My wife Kim and I are long time residents of North Central Idaho with an appreciation for the local real estate market and the beautiful outdoor recreational opportunities in the area.
Our goals include A SAME DAY REPORTING PROCESS VIA PAPER REPORT OR VIA EMAIL. Additionally, we want you to know as much about the property as possible, which is why it takes 3.5 to 4.0 hours to complete an average home inspection. We are known for being very thorough in our inspection process. Having completed nearly 3000 inspections on residential, commercial and light industrial properties, our experience is what you can count on.
